Daily Greens Cold-Pressed Juice

I’ve been a juicing enthusiast going on 20 years, so when I heard that Daily Greens was producing local cold-pressed juices in my neighborhood, I became very interested.
As it turns out their juices are incredibly delicious thanks to the careful crafting of some unusual ingredients including cilantro, jalapeno, kale, cucumber, pineapple, watermelon, dandelion and celery.

Snap Kitchen: local, organic and healthy cooking

Snap Kitchen is local takeout kitchen in Austin (and Houston) that focuses on healthy local organic meals in a snap.
to quote their Motto:

Texas French Bread

I recently did a series of photos for the Texas French Bread web site that was redesigned by Leslie Williams. The café has a long history in Austin, but what’s new is their Dinner Menu at the Rio Grande location. It’s a unique local source menu that you’ll find both delicious and conscientious at the same time. My personal favorite is the the sautéed smelt in garlic and extra virgin olive oil with flat leaf parsley, is featured in Tribeza Magazine’s Jan 2010 issue.

Truluck’s Seafood

I recently worked with Crush Advertising on a series of shoots for Truluck’s Seafood restaurant.
Based out of Florida, Truluck’s has their own fisheries in Naples, Florida on the Isle of Capri, so when the Florida Stone Crab hits the tables at any of their restaurants is super fresh.
